If it is a detriment to the workforce and causes a problem within the work place then the dismissal of an employee should be considered. Jeff

Everyone's entailed to their own beliefs and their own opinion on a personal level. But if it was brought into the workplace and forced upon people who work with him/her I can see them being fired. Webster
